A lot of my clients tell me that the other parent is a narcissist. People can have narcissistic tendencies and not be a narcissist. I believe that we have to be careful not to diagnose people with personality disorders without being qualified to do so. But I do understand that there are people that have to negotiate with someone that is a narcissist or has narcissistic tendencies.
